Nestled in the heart of Ephraim, our house is perfectly situated just one block from campus and right down the street from the new LDS temple. You'll be within easy walking distance of local favorites like Jose's Cafe and The Malt Shop—making it the ideal spot for students who want to stay connected to both campus life and the community.
Built in 1904, just years after Snow College was founded, this house has stood through more than a century of change in the heart of Ephraim. Once home to families who helped shape the early college community, it now continues its legacy—welcoming new generations of students into its story.
Established in 2025, Ephraim Hue House is the next chapter in the history of this beautiful property. We pride ourselves on our efforts to establish safety and community for all students lining here.
At Ephraim Hue House, we offer a range of services to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. From outdoor grilling to laundry facilities, we've got you covered. Contact us today to learn more.
I grew up moving from place to place, always chasing a sense of home—but it wasn’t until I landed in Ephraim, Utah, that I finally found it. I came to Snow College to earn a business degree, but somewhere between classes and campus life, I rediscovered my love for art and fell head over heels for a fellow artist named Jake.

In Ephraim I found unique opportunities to apply art and creativity to business and even competed in a entrepreneurial competition at the college. I even won first prize for my creative idea.
Now, Jake and I are building something new together: a student apartment community in the heart of Ephraim, designed to feel like home for anyone finding their footing. When I’m not working on the property, you’ll probably find me sketching out ideas, sculpting in the studio, or soaking in the same creative energy that brought us here in the first place

I grew up in sunny Southern California, spending most of my days surfing, soaking up the beach life, and probably avoiding shoes whenever possible. After high school, I traded the waves for the Wasatch and landed in Ephraim, Utah—where I attended Snow College, met my amazing wife Lexy, and stumbled upon my career path.
That path took me to Utah State University, where I earned a BFA in Scenic Design and launched into the world of theatre, film, and production. I've worked on everything from stage sets to movie sets, but I’ve always been drawn back to Ephraim and the tight-knit community here.
Now, Lexy and I are excited to open up a new student apartment community in the heart of Ephraim—a place where students can feel at home, be themselves, and maybe even get inspired. When I’m not managing the property, you’ll usually find me behind a camera lens, building sculptures, or creating art for the community.
We love our customers, so feel free to visit during normal business hours.
